The Women’s Air Jordan 1 High OG “Bubble Gum” is a women’s-exclusive colorway of the vintage basketball and lifestyle shoe that takes inspiration fro Michael Jordan’s love of bubble gum. A December 2021 release by Jordan Brand, the “Bubble Gum” or “Atmosphere,” the shoe’s alternate nickname, is a creative look for Michael Jordan’s first signature shoe that features various gum-inspired colors on its panels, as well as a clever graphic of bright pink bubble gum splat on the outsole. The perforated toe, collar, and heel are designed in Laser Pink leather. Contrasting Atmosphere or blue leather appears on the toe cap, forefoot, eyelets, collar, and Swoosh. The mid-panel is styled in crisp white leather. A blue “Wings” logo appears on the collar and white “Nike Air” and Swoosh detailing dots the navy blue nylon tongue. A two-tone, white midsole and pink outsole with a fun-loving “stepped on” bubble gum detail complete the look. Release date: December 22, 2021
